I feel I must write congratulations on Gerda and John. Together with my son, Robert, we were investigating aluminium windows. We looked online and found a couple of companies. As soon as I contacted Sequ-door – the service was instantaneous. Gerda replied. An appointment was set up for John Jooste to call at 8 a.m. last Saturday morning. Every time I emailed Gerda her reply was immediate. Not really expecting John to be at the house on a Saturday morning – what a wonderful surprise he was early.
My son was delighted with the helpful experience that John shared with him. John is clearly a professional in his work. He also told us to visit the Home exhibition in Edenvale “to look at the competition”. This we did last Saturday afternoon. John lost no time in sending a quote and this has been followed up with as much information as Robert requires.
